VMS Group makes reservations for misprints, technical errors and sold out items.
Delivery terms
Delivery time will be informed on inquiry.
VMS Group can arrange for the freight of the goods ex-works Denmark.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed payment shall be made in advance.
Warranty
For parts that are not reconditioned, but checked and tested for defects only, the liability period for defects is 7 days after delivery only, ex-works unless otherwise agreed.
For parts that have been reconditioned and issued a VMS Certificate, the warranty period is 6 months from delivery, ex-works unless otherwise agreed.
