Your Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, managing, and executing projects from order intake to final delivery
• Preparation of quotations, cost calculations, and budgets
• Ongoing budget follow-up and financial management
• Start-up and commissioning of marine and industrial systems
• Technical sparring with specialists and customers
• Contributing to the development and standardization of solutions within system integration and commissioning
• Reporting and status follow-up with the team and customers
• On-site project management and participation in key project meetings
• System integration of automation, control systems, governors, actuators, and energy management systems

Team Coordination

• Professional and operational leadership of the project team
• Resource planning and staffing
• Mentoring, competence development, and knowledge sharing
• Ensuring structure, efficiency, and a professional collaborative environment
• Close collaboration with other departments

We Expect That You

• Hold a relevant technical degree (Electrical Engineer, Marine Engineer, Marine Engineering Officer, or similar)
• Have solid experience in project management, system integration, and commissioning
• Work in a structured and methodical manner with project processes
• Possess strong IT skills and professional proficiency in English
