We believe that the best way to learn is through hands-on experience. During your apprenticeship – whether in the workshop or in the office – you will have the opportunity to rotate between different departments, gaining a broader understanding and deeper insight into the organization.

At Hoyer VMS Group, we have developed our own apprenticeship program in collaboration with former apprentices. This ensures you a clear and structured plan throughout your entire training period. One thing is certain – you won’t get bored!
