Office Trainee

At Hoyer VMS Group, we offer a hands-on and varied apprenticeship where you’ll learn by doing, gain real responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally.

Start your career with us

From our location in Frederikshavn, you’ll be part of a busy and international environment with more than 5,000 m² of offices, workshops, and warehouse facilities. This will be your daily workplace as you learn and grow.

You’ll get the chance to try different types of tasks and find out what you enjoy most within areas such as service, finance, purchasing, and sales.

Your tasks may include:

  • Preparing quotes and helping with orders
  • Handling invoices
  • Working with purchasing and sales of spare parts
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers (email and phone)
  • Joining customer visits and exhibitions when possible

Try different departments

During your apprenticeship, you’ll rotate across several departments, including:

  • Service and Operations (including invoicing)
  • Warehouse and Logistics
  • Procurement and Order Processing (Spare Parts)
  • Sales
  • HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality)

This means you’ll gain a broad understanding of the company and build skills you can use in your future career.

You’ll be treated as a real team member from day one and your work will make a difference.

Who are you?

You don’t need years of experience – we’re looking for the right attitude.

You might be someone who:

  • Likes structure and getting things done
  • Takes responsibility and finishes tasks
  • Enjoys helping others and providing good service
  • Can handle having several tasks at the same time

We also expect that you:

  • Take initiative and ask questions
  • Are curious and eager to learn
  • Are reliable and responsible
  • Speak and write Danish and English
  • Have basic knowledge of MS Office

Educational background

To apply, you must have completed one of the following:

  • EUX Business
  • HHX
  • STX, HTX, or HF + a 5-week EUS course (office specialization)
