Fuel Equipment

We provide complete overhaul and repair of fuel equipment, such as fuel oil injection pumps and fuel oil injectors. Overhaul of fuel equipment results in high fuel efficiency, emission reduction and reduced risk of engine failure.

After overhaul, all parts are tested for leaks and correct opening pressure in our IOP tester and all items are logged and saved together with the pressure results from the test.

Air cooling systems

Even very small exhaust leakages can result in blocked disks and ultimately a malfunctioning engine.

We effectively clean the air cooling systems in our industrial cleaning area with an ultrasonic chamber, HP steam cleaning and industrial washing machines for mechanical parts.

In order to guarantee high quality cleaning, all components are treated in accordance to a work sheet, which includes a number of checkpoints such as:

• Photos taken under separation
• High pressure washing and cleaning
• Washing and cleaning in ultrasonic chamber
• Removal of rust from sealing surfaces
• Corrosion inspection
• Removal of broken bolts and thread refreshment
• Assembling and tightening to specified torque
• Pressure test
• Final inspection
