Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for accounting, reporting, and controlling across companies and borders. You will have the opportunity to dive into processes, consolidation, and analysis – and become a valuable sparring partner for both management and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly financial statements
- Reviewing reports from international subsidiaries
- Consolidation and reporting
- Preparing for auditors – ongoing and year-end audits
- Preparing accounting estimates
- Participating in the budgeting process
- Reconciling and controlling balance sheet items
- Supporting the development and optimization of internal processes and systems
- Assisting in transfer pricing documentation
- Various reporting to authorities
- Financial optimization and streamlining of inventory processes
- Preparing and developing management reporting
- Preparing and further developing Power BI reports
- Handling various ad hoc tasks in the department
In the finance team, we help each other – teamwork is a natural part of our culture. You should therefore also be willing to assist broadly with day-to-day tasks such as posting entries, and reconciliations of accounts payable and receivable. This will also give you solid insight into the company’s financial processes.
We imagine that you:
- Hold a relevant financial education (e.g. Cand. Merc. Aud, HD(R), or equivalent)
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role – preferably within a group structure
- Are strong in Excel and have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision)
- Work in a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented manner
- Thrive in an environment with many stakeholders and have strong collaboration skills.
