At VMS Group A/S, we are specialists in the maintenance and repair of marine engines. Our business is experiencing rapid growth, and while we are busy, we never lose sight of what matters most: the people behind the company. We are currently seeking a structured, analytical, and collaborative colleague to join our Finance Team in Frederikshavn.

Your responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping and processing of purchase invoices
• Follow-up on outstanding purchase orders
• Reporting to Statistics Denmark
• Preparation of balance sheet specifications and reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial closings
• Daily ad hoc tasks

 We imagine that you:

• Have solid experience in bookkeeping and finance, preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Are professionally strong and hold a relevant financial or accounting qualification
• Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Any experience with Document Capture and Jobmanager is an advantage.
• Are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel
• Work in a structured, analytical, and methodical manner
• Have a strong overview and a broad understanding of accounting processes
