Gear service
One of our core competences is the repair, maintenance and installation of various types of reduction gear and transmission systems.
We carry out service on all major brands, incl. Masson, Wärtsilä, Alpha, Mekanord, ZF and Rolls Royce.
Our capabilities include:
- Machining of bearing housing
- Laser alignment
- Trouble shooting and repair of control system and oil system
- Service and overhaul of OD-box and pitch control systems
In our workshop, we have all the necessary lifting equipment and hydraulic tools to carry out overhaul on almost any size gear.
To ensure high performance of your equipment and the shortest down time possible, we will support you 24 hours a day, all year round in our own workshop or on-site.
If you need a spare part, we are able to help you with this as well. We can supply couplings, bearings, oil coolers and much more.
