Finance Assistant

That’s why we’re now looking for a dedicated, independent, and team-oriented colleague to join our finance team.

What’s the job about?
You will become an integral part of a dynamic service company with maritime roots and significant international activity. You’ll be responsible for the daily posting of purchase invoices and follow-ups across departments – meaning you’ll regularly interact with colleagues in the warehouse, sales, and project teams. In other words, your social skills will be used just as much as your calculator.
Your responsibilities include:
- Daily posting and processing of purchase invoices
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Following up on outstanding purchase orders
- Verifying proper registration of purchase invoices related to purchase orders
- Ongoing dialogue across departments
- Financial follow-up on inventory values – including invoice data control relative to goods received
- Ad hoc tasks and support for colleagues
A smooth landing (but you’ll soon be up to speed!)
You won’t be walking into a blank slate. The role is currently handled by a colleague who will provide a thorough and well-structured handover. After onboarding, we expect you to take the helm and navigate your responsibilities with confidence – even when things get busy.
Who are you?

- Have strong financial competencies and a relevant higher education background
- Are proficient in Dynamics NAV – ideally with experience in Document Capture and Job Manager (and perhaps a bit of an Excel enthusiast too?)
- Are the type who says, “I’ll figure it out,” rather than “someone else should do it”
And as a person, you are:
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to maintain an overview in a busy environment
- Solution-oriented when facing challenges
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative
- Loyal, positive, and with a good sense of humor
